    Who we are

This website is run by Pet Passion To Profit Ltd, trading as Pet Passion to Profit Websites. Our company number is 05807335, we are registered in England, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number ZC274913). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Our registered address is 9 Stone Green, Tenterden, Kent, TN30 7JS.

If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at info@petpassiontoprofit.com.

    Enquiries through our website

When you use our enquiry form we collect:

    • your name, email address and phone number
    • whether you already have a website, and any details you give us about it
    • your message about what you are looking for

We use this to reply to your enquiry and to talk to you about the website you need. When you submit the form:

    • your enquiry is saved in our enquiry records with a reference number
    • it is emailed to our team’s business inboxes
    • a notification is posted in our private internal Slack workspace so the team can pick it up quickly

    Clients using our project hub

If you become a client, you get an account in our project hub. We hold the information you and we add there so we can build and support your website, including:

    • your account details and sign-in information
    • your questionnaire answers and business details
    • the photographs, logos and files you upload
    • messages between you and our team
    • your feedback, copy approvals and website approval records

We send you email notifications about your project, for example when we reply to a message or upload something for you, and we notify our team when you send a message or upload files.

    Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed. Google Analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept in our cookie banner. If you choose Reject, Google Analytics does not load and the website works in exactly the same way.

If you accept, we also load Facebook’s pixel (Meta Platforms Inc.). It tells us whether someone who clicked one of our adverts went on to send us an enquiry, and it helps Facebook show our adverts to people likely to enquire. It sets cookies on your browser only after you accept, and it records your enquiry as an advert result when you send the form. If you reject, the pixel never loads and nothing is sent to Facebook. You can withdraw at any time through the cookie settings link below; withdrawal stops further hits.

We also store a small amount of essential information in your browser: your cookie choice, and, if you sign in, the information needed to keep you signed in. These are needed for the website to work and are not used for tracking.

You can change your choice at any time: .

    How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to run our business. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept so we can pick up conversations later. Client project information is kept while we build and support your website and afterwards, so we have a record of your project, approvals and the work we delivered. We keep records for as long as required to meet our legal and business obligations, and we delete information when it is no longer needed.

    Who we share information with

We don’t sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run our business, who handle information on our behalf: website hosting and database services, email delivery, Slack for internal team notifications, Google Analytics (only with your consent), Facebook/Meta adverts measurement (only with your consent) and Google services for storing client project files.

    Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to or ask us to restrict how we use it. To make a request, email info@petpassiontoprofit.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
